Characters: Adonis, Souma, Anzu

Adonis: Hm. You’re here, Anzu. I arrived just now myself. It seems Kanzaki arrived a bit early, so he was looking at the sea.
Souma: Indeed. It appears no big changes have occurred since I last came, so I felt relieved.
That reminds me. I’m sure Shinkai-dono would also feel more secure if he could see this view for himself. I should take a picture with my “smart phone”.
If I press here I can take a picture… Hm, why is my face appearing on the screen? I am not trying to take a “selfie”, I want to photograph the ocean.
Waah!? The screen became weird all of a sudden!
Adonis: Calm down, Kanzaki. Show me your phone for a little bit.
It seems you went from photo mode into video mode. Now if you press here…
…? No, maybe that was wrong?
Souma: Adonis-dono? It appears the screen has changed again, can we photograph the sea like this?
Adonis: Please wait a bit. I’m not overly familiar with smartphones myself, so I’m a little confused.
Souma: You’re right! I’m sorry for rushing you!
Hm, it sounds like it's fixed…?
Adonis: No, that sound didn’t come from this phone… Look, Anzu is taking pictures of us.
Souma: So that’s what it was. …That reminds me, Anzu-dono came here to decide on a photo for the pamphlet. I’m sorry for making such a fuss.
You don’t mind? In fact, I’m helping you out since Adonis-dono’s expression changes when he is with me? If I can be of help then I’m glad.
Adonis: Alright. Kanzaki, you should be able to take a picture of the sea now. Please try it out.
Souma: Oh, I’m grateful.
…Umu. It captured the state of the ocean perfectly ♪
Adonis: That reminds me. Me and Anzu have looked at the sea together like this before.
That sea was in a different country, and our surroundings and the atmosphere were completely different, but… the sea was just as beautiful as ever.
Souma: It is as Adonis-dono says. The weather is sunny today, so the surface of the sea is sparkling brightly with sunlight.
It is a charm point of the sea that it’s impression changes according to the weather and changes in the currents.
Especially during this time of year, the view of the sea during the early hours when the sky starts brightening is especially mesmerizing. Even more so once it starts snowing. It is true when they say that the early mornings are best during winter.
Adonis: I have heard of that as well. If I remember correctly, that line is from an old Japanese book?
Souma: As expected of Adonis-dono. You’re so diligent. How great ♪

Adonis: No, this is another thing I’ve learned from you, Kanzaki.
You are always teaching me many things I don’t know about this country’s culture. And not just Kanzaki, but Anzu and Oogami as well.
At the other end of this sea. I came from a land so far away, and you all welcomed me. I’m surrounded by many friends. That makes me very happy.
…I’m sorry. Somehow, each time I look at the sea, I cannot help but think of my hometown.
Souma: There is nothing to worry about. Many who come to the sea end up reflecting on themselves while watching the waves. The sea gently accepts our thoughts.
If this can help you discover your feelings about your “Feeture Live”, then it will have been worth coming here for.
Adonis: Thank you. For Anzu and for Kanzaki… and for myself, I hope there is something to be gained here.
(I’m continuing my idol activities in this foreign land alongside my friends. Compared to when I first came to this country, I think I have learned many things, but.)
(I wonder, am I moving closer to my dream?)
Hm…?
Souma: What is wrong, Adonis-dono?
Adonis: No, the sand underneath my feet started moving…
…! Kanzaki, a small creature appeared from under the sand!?
Souma: Please calm down. …Hm, this is a hermit crab. How rare to see one in a place like this.
Adonis: Is it rare for a hermit crab to be near the sea?
Souma: No, that’s not what I meant. Shinkai-dono taught me that hermit crabs as well as regular crabs tend to stay on rocky shores this time of the year. So I was surprised to see one at the beach.
Adonis: Maybe it’s dangerous for this small one to be in a place like this?
Souma: You need not think so seriously about it, though it might be better indeed if we brought it to a rocky shore. …Yes, its friends must be waiting on that shore over there.
Adonis-dono, let us bring the hermit crab over there.
Adonis: Are you sure it’s okay for me to do it…? Won’t I hurt it if I touch it?
Souma: There’s nothing to fear. With a person as kindhearted as Adonis-dono touching him, even the hermit crab will feel at ease. Just touch him as you usually would.
Adonis: You also think I should be the one to do it, Anzu? …I understand, I’ll give it a try.

Adonis: Ooh… The little one is moving around in the palm of my hand.
Look, Anzu. It’s very cute… I think I could watch it forever.
Souma: Looks like you managed to pick it up nicely. Well then, let’s carry it to the shore over there. Do you think you’ll be able to move?
Adonis: Yes. Don’t worry. I will never let go of him.
Hm, the sea breeze is strong. At this rate, the hermit crab could be blown away…!?
…The wind calmed down. Is the hermit crab okay?
It looks like it’s shut itself inside its shell… I’m glad, it appears to have protected itself. Let’s hurry up while the wind is calm.
I’m sorry I let you feel scared. Let’s get you back to your friends.
Phew. …Anzu? “It’s amazing that you noticed that hermit crab” you say?
The sand was moving weirdly. That’s how I noticed.
I need to thank you as well, Kanzaki. On my own, I might have notice the hermit crab, but I wouldn’t have known to bring him to the shore.
Souma: I didn’t do much. I merely lent you a little wisdom.
I do not know what happened to this little hermit crab, but I would guess it got washed away to the beach by the ocean waves.
Ever since then, it must have struggled to get back to the shore.
It must have struggled to be found by someone on this huge beach. And since it kept working hard, Adonis-dono was able to find it.
I’m sure the hermit crab is grateful to you.
Adonis: It was struggling, to be found by someone…
Souma: Is something the matter?
Adonis: No… I was just thinking how that hermit crab is a lot like me.
I’ve always been singing. Singing lets your thoughts and wishes reach other people.
That is something dear to my heart as Adonis Otogari of Undead. I want my voice to bring peace to someone, if even for a second.
I want this voice of mine to reach the entire world as I continue singing. And I want everyone to know… that I exist, right here.
Up until now, I’ve worked hard to be able to convey my dreams through my songs. So I’d like to make Feature Live into something similar as well.
And not only through singing and dancing. I’ll continue struggling so that my existence can reach more people in more ways. I don’t ever want to give up on that.
Which is why I thought that this pamphlet might be another method of making that dream of mine come true.
I would be happy if this could let more people get to know me as an idol.
Uhm, I’m sorry if my explanation is hard to understand. As usual I am bad at talking.
Would you consider creating a pamphlet like that for me? You’ll definitely make it into something great, you say… Thank you, Anzu.
Souma: You want to reach the whole world, huh. …Fufu, what a nice thought, very much like Adonis-dono. I am excited to see the finished pamphlet.
Adonis: Yes. I will make sure to meet the expectations of the people looking forward to my feature live.
No matter where they are in this world, my song will cross the oceans and reach them.
